Aquilante Industries LLC has been serving Chester and Montgomery County since 2020 — a licensed, bonded and insured contracting company based in Oaks, Pennsylvania, working on commercial properties and select residential projects.
We run our own crews and equipment for the work that keeps a property functioning: concrete, grounds, snow and ice, trees, demolition, land clearing and fencing. That's the core of the business, and it's why we can quote fast, start when we say we'll start, and stand behind what we build.
For the trades that need a licensed specialist — asphalt paving, commercial roofing, plumbing, electrical, and the interior work that comes with tenant turnover — we bring in partners we've worked beside and vetted. We scope it, schedule it, stand over it and bill it. You still only deal with one company.
A lot of our work is on properties with a higher bar: private schools, medical and dental practices, corporate campuses and communities where the job is visible to parents, patients and residents every day. Those clients set the standard we hold every job to.
